Eligibility & onboarding
- Provide accurate business/ownership details and keep them updated.
- Complete verification and compliance checks during onboarding.
- Use the account only for the approved business activity.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful transactions, restricted categories, or misleading customer practices.
- Maintain clear refund and delivery policies for customers.
- Support dispute/chargeback requests with evidence when required.
Fees, settlements & risk controls
- Fees and settlement timelines may vary by product, channel, and risk profile.
- High dispute rates or unusual activity may trigger review or settlement holds.
- Some products may require additional due diligence or documentation.
Suspension, termination & support
- We may suspend access for policy breaches, legal concerns, or compliance non-cooperation.
- Termination may occur if risk becomes unacceptable or required information is not provided.
